To engage with Build Operate and Transfer, we have two approaches.
In the first approach, we set up a subsidiary and work towards building it up towards smooth operational conditions and then facilitate the takeover. The resources of the parent entity fuel the newly formed subsidiary. It's suited for the organisation that'd love to have more control over the process.
In the second approach, we can set up a subsidiary later on, build it as our entity with everything managed by VGroup and schedule the transfer per the fixed timeline.
It is best suited for entities that would rather avoid getting involved in setting up the subsidiary and would instead take control once it's functional.

Under the Build Operate Transfer engagement model, there are three phases of delivering expected results. The phases are as follows.
Phase 01: Build

Planning and Strategy: Product development, knowledge transfer, estimations, and delivery guidelines.
Infrastructure and Security: Investing in the desired IT infrastructure, building security and privacy policies, compliances, and consulting.
Statutory and HR: Hiring the HR team, tailoring policies, hiring talent, establishing resources, management group formation, and initiating the delivery process.
Phase 02: Operations
: Project setup, transition, assigning teams (Pool, Squad, Teams), squad master with PM. Working on delivery.
Reporting and Progress Mapping: Transparent reporting, stories and scrum ceremonies, retrospect, delivery, aim CICD timeline mapping, and closing.
Phase 03: Transfer
: Review meets, reports matrix, delivery reports, process audits, establishing clients in the local subsidiary.
Registration: Setting up infrastructure, licence registration with local government, business entity establishment, and subsidiary setup.
Program Management: Finalising all the ongoing processes, including closing audits, documentation, setting up change management, and completing the handover of all related entities.
Project Closing: leadership and transfer financial, human resource, facility with support transition, and agreement closing.
