Power Platforms
We customise Power Platform applications to optimise workflows, connectivity, and collaboration for enhanced business continuity.
We are a certified Microsoft Gold Partner equipped with subject matter experts with substantial experience who can build lean systems that help you reduce operational costs, increase the throughput, and increase ROI using Power Platforms.
With the help of Power BI, we use disorderly data scattered across the organisation in silos and process it to generate meaningful visualisations that can help you drastically improve business decisions.
With the help of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agent, we develop automated workflows and lean internal apps accessible across the organisation and simulate a better conversational experience for external users using AI chatbots.
Create personalised dashboards, visualisation, and interactive reports utilising viable data collected from all possible input sources scattered throughout the organisation.
Automate time-consuming and repetitive organisational workflows using connectors and triggers deployed according to your business requirements.
Develop internal applications securely deployed on the cloud that every organisation member can access seamlessly without creating data silos operating via canvas-based apps, model apps, or portals.
Deploy an AI-assisted chatbot for the business process that needs interacting with people outside the organisation, including sales, customer service, human resources, and many more.
We've been transforming the Information Technology space since 1999, and up until now, we've been most successful in our pursuit of creating a culture that provokes innovation.
Power platforms are low-code solutions to derive business continuity and efficiency through automated workflows, robust data analytics, deploying internal applications, and AI-assisted chatbots.
More specifically, four applications are part of power platforms, which is part of the Microsoft 3654 business productive suite in itself.
Namely, the four applications are Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, and Power Apps, which are used for the abovementioned functionalities.
No business on earth can function without interacting with people, and that's where Power Automate chimes in.
Using Power Automate, one can create interactive AI-powered chatbots that can take over external communications.
To explain with an example, if your business entity is constantly bombarded with consumer queries that can easily be solved by redirecting them to the right information, a Power Virtual Agent can be deployed for that.
Likewise, it can be used for many business processes like sales, HR, customer services, etc. This helps you save valuable employee hours, reduce the response time while delivering relevant responses, and proves useful for your end user.
