The issuing agency was the New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Procurement Services Group. The service contracts let as a result of this bid are the statewide contracts primarily for, but not limited to, New York State agencies. Additionally, services will be utilized by political subdivisions, school districts and others authorized by law.
