he State of New York - Department of Health required a Technical Management Support for the design, development and implementation of the Customer Service Support Services, helping in system maintenance and enhancements to meet the current business needs.
The objective of the project included critical Technical Management Support to support the on-going design and development of information technology systems consistent with federal regulations and state and rules for verifying system performance as expected, in line with the business requirements.
V Group Inc. supported the client and understood the requirements in line with the user requirements and challenges that are presented to the system and assisted with the implementation testing, support and operation of all hardware’s and software’s required by the Dept. focusing on CS.
We helped in the creation and maintenance of deliverables and assisted with change control over the Dept. configuration. Assisted with the system performance tuning, improvements and balancing between two primary vendors. Executed plans, constructs and implemented the technical aspects of the Dept. related to CS, ensuring the integration of new functionalities with other applications
With a strategic approach, we facilitated the client with their queries and performed the responsibilities with ease. This was achieved via excellent team-work, as we helped the client to co-ordinate the work in order by allowing them to interact with the other product teams and other stakeholders.
Served as a liaison between Agency and solution’s contract, V Group Inc. supported the client with the design, development and implementation of hardware, software and technical assistance for optimizing Customer services, keeping up to date with the latest know-hows and trends.
