V Group’s core support area includes Hyper-V administration, Server sizing, and resource optimization, Commission and decommission of virtual and physical servers, and Handling 1000 + Servers through SCVMM. As a part of this project, we coordinate with Dell EMC to monitor Dell iDRAC and Open manager to proactively fix the server hardware issue and coordinate with Dell to fix the hardware issue.
The server support also overlays and covers the security aspect of the project including SCCM patching, resolving multiple server vulnerabilities that came from Information Security, User creation and managed group policy’s on the domain controller.
V Group is providing support on L2 and L3 incidents, service requests, changes, and problems using Cherwell ticketing tool with L2 and L3 incident and also provide MIS reporting on Cherwell to track SLA.
Project support includes Fileserver Migration, Server health monitoring, and fix the alerts on Solarwinds, participate and lead Scrum meetings and sprints, taking care of DNS and DHCP issues, and on-call support.
