ResMed is a San Diego, California-based medical equipment company. It primarily provides cloud-connectable medical devices for the treatment of sleep apnea, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and other respiratory conditions. It also provides software to out-of-hospital care agencies to streamline transitions of care into and between these care settings for seniors and their care providers.
ResMed required a Salesforce Architect Support with a business oriented and innovation driven mindset with the ability to think strategically about business outcomes and related CRM needs.
The objective of the project included critical Salesforce Architect Support for driving innovation and business alignment across the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms as expected, in line with the business and client requirements.
With a strategic approach, V Group Inc. helped the client by collaborating with the team members in a dynamic manner. We also led the design and implementation of process automation and its integration with other applications at ResMed. This was done in a smooth manner and with ease, as we understood the requirements crisply.
Defined all the processes by effective communication and collaboration, we went ahead for driving the structured approach by understanding business requirements. In addition, we also provided strategic and tactical leadership in Salesforce.com projects to help implement ResMed’s global CRM roadmap.
Served as a liaison between Agency and solution’s contract, V Group Inc. supported the client in designing and architecting solutions using Salesforce.com and Force.com with a streamlined analysis, keeping up to date with the latest know-hows and trends.
