We worked with Client Testing Leads and the QA team to build test scenarios to adequately test Client business processes, conduct Business Process reviews. V group led the Client team in a review of current business processes and documented “as is” flow diagrams, discuss goals, and objectives of each process as well as any issues, problems, or inefficiencies associated with each.

Our team prepared a written summary and presented documents to the Client team. The document addressed the following: Review findings of the “as is” process flows Recommended “to be” process flows along with perceived outcomes and improvements Fit-Gap and Fit-Gap Review. V Group also led the Client team in a review of the current system setup, configuration, and software. The contractor will lead the Client team to review and discuss drivers, costs, and benefits of each customization.

We provided recommendations that allowed the Client team to reduce the amount of custom setup, configuration, and/or software needed to produce a system that works effectively for Client business areas. Our resources led the Client Testing Leads and Quality Assurance team in documenting a repository of test scenarios for the Financials system.

V Group successfully prioritized business process usage, expenditure approvals, and visibility, and all-new features and displayed objects were well tested for use. The overall repository of test scenarios included both positive and negative tests as needed especially for widely used or highly visible processes. Our resource led the Client Testing Leads and Quality Assurance team to build and execute these test scenarios in the PeopleSoft Test Framework tool. Tests were built to use automated regression testing for each move to production pass. A thorough transfer of knowledge was provided to the Client teams.
