Project Scope:

Global Network Infrastructure Support

Solution:

V Group manages 2 major data centers of the client - Green Ville and ASH Ville. We are responsible for monitoring access to the Complete dashboard and manage 56 remote sites of the Client, including 10 international site support. Core support activities are Managing networking, Switching & Routing, Wireless access points, and SD-WAN Devices; we troubleshoot, code up-gradation, configure and manage changes/upgrades like new hardware installations and introduction in the secure network. We are using a central Ticket Management System called Cherwell to manage the queries and provide a solution to the customer based on the ticket system. V Group is currently performing “Change Activity”, whenever there is a business requirement or if there is a need for change in the infrastructure with close to zero downtime. Our architecture support is responsible for preparing the architecture of the Network of all the sites for future references and such records are created using the Visio drawings, we are also managing the Network Equipment’s inventory records for internal use and update on regular basis. In addition to this, the V group manages Remote user authentication via TACACS and the integration with ISE (Integrated Service Engine). Part of project support is also to recommendations based on FA Standards for each networking device from an electrical and IT viewpoint.
