Project Scope
The client needed continued expert services while reducing operational cost and increasing round the clock availability. The scope included modernization, OOB & Customize Solution development, Security Audits, Cloud Movement, and various migrations including workflows. The SharePoint solution had to integrate with various Third-Party Systems (Including Chatbots, Aderant, Case Management Systems, etc.) in order to bring smooth operation for users and Attorneys.
Solution
By bringing in a user-centric approach and evaluating business technical criticality, V Group developed a cutting edge comprehensive web-based portal for Ogletree to enable secure document sharing and collaboration The Web Application had functionalities of uploading encrypting multiple documents at once and only allow intended recipients, managing user permissions and access, tracking activity logs, and a centralized admin portal to control the application Further security need was achieved by managing users in various security groups with unique privileges, watermarks, teleprompter effect, etc
