Solution
V Group is providing support on Exchange and Windows for Exchange patching to ensure Windows and Exchange are patched with the latest cumulative updates and service packs to prevent any issues from affecting the entire organization. V Group also manages the security aspect of the exchange support such as email security Mimecast by creating preventive policies in Mimecast, this ensures no virus or malware enters the internal email system thus keeping it safe. In addition to this, Mimecast security measures are used to prevent email spoofing and email tracking. Our support function includes but not limited to handling end-user issues (tasks) and change requests such as manage end-user permissions, create a mailbox, dl resources, mail flow issues, etc. It is also to ensure that users can use Exchange resources allotted to them without any issue. V Group provides support on Mimecast Folder Sync. Ongoing activities other than core project support include database restructuring, creating databases, moving bulk users, Exchange Disk management, restore users' data, creating transport rules organization-wide.
