This task had to continue with the enterprise environment, including internal auditing and development platforms. The vendor was also involved in determining the group development standards.

Solution

As the first step, V Group Inc. reviewed, interpreted, and responded to the detailed business requirements specifications to ensure alignment between customer expectations and current or future IT department capability. We provided input to the strategic direction of technology solutions to assist in the development of the enterprise architecture and maximize the return on technology investment. Within the agreed enterprise architecture, we defined and designed technology solutions to assist the business in meeting their business objectives. To ensure that solutions are implemented as expected and to agreed timeframes, we developed, tested, and implemented technology solutions and reported on delivery commitments.

Technology process optimization opportunities were identified from time to time to find the best tech solution among all possible to solve the existing business problems.

These tasks are accomplished through direct execution and involvement and coordinating with the Technology department resources and external vendors, service providers, contractors, and consultants. Describing the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of software to project stakeholders; Defining features, phases, and solution requirements; Testing frameworks, automating test processes were also our responsibility.

Additionally, V Group Inc. worked with related process stakeholders to identify and resolve related problems and issues and realize efficiencies because of process and system improvements.
