Project Scope
Ogletree Deakins was looking for a vendor to Lead teams, and/or independently develop, test, document, implement, and maintain systems infrastructure for departmental or Firm initiatives.
Solution
V Group Inc. started off by analyzing existing processes and identifying dependencies and potential break points. We partnered with internal customers to understand requirements in business terms and translated those requirements into technical solutions. This includes developing new capabilities and break/fix. Potential problems, solutions, and accomplishments were effectively communicated to the management, non-technical customers, and sponsors.
Technology process optimization opportunities were identified from time to time to find the best tech solution among all possible to solve the existing business problems.
For efficient troubleshooting and maintenance of all required systems we analyzed and identified time-sensitive system problems that could affect business operations. With all the information collected, V Group Inc. developed specific SDLC documentation and ensured approval of technical solutions from IT management and key stakeholders.
While consistently developing our technical and professional skills, we evaluated user requests for new / modified programs and even monitored program performance after implementation.
