Client Backgound:

VITA manages the state's IT infrastructure, including data centers, networks, and telecommunications systems. The Virginia State Police is one of the many agencies that receive IT services from VITA. As a law enforcement agency, the Virginia State Police rely heavily on technology for critical functions such as criminal investigations, communications, and public safety services. VITA supports the Virginia State Police's IT needs by providing a range of services, including hardware and software procurement, network and data center management, cybersecurity, and application development and support.

Project Scope:

The project involves developing SBE-specific policies and procedures for HBE staff, including the development of templates, a SharePoint repository, and an HBE Policy Manual. The project requires working closely with GetInsured, other state agencies, and HBE staff.

Solution:

V Group Inc. helped VITA to develop SBE-specific policies, processes, and procedures necessary to support operations for the HBE staff, including the development of templates, instructional materials, a SharePoint repository, and an HBE Policy Manual.

We worked closely with HBE staff, GetInsured, and other state agencies to identify and lead the development of these policies and procedures.
