Project Scope

VITA required a vendor that have ability to help them in Technical Support Analysis.

Solution

V Group Inc. assisted VITA with deployment of computers using their automated systems for a specific computer refresh project and we also diagnosed various problems encountered during first roll out. 

We were also involved in various other software/hardware requests as needed and other tire-2 helpdesk duties. V Group Inc. assisted in installation and maintenance of PC hardware and software in the county as well as provided technical information and assistance to staff and customers. 

We also helped VITA at supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and Higher Operating System, Office 365 and networking services such as DHCP, DNS, Active Directory and Print Servers. Our professionals follow basic security principles to support users on both On Site and Remotely. They perform hardware upgrades (disk, memory, video, etc.).
