Overview
North Carolina Families Accessing Services through Technology (NC FAST) is a program designed to improve the way the NC Department of Health and Human Services and county departments of social services do business.
Project Scope
NC FAST required the services of Test Script Writing to support the development and implementation of the NC FAST Project modules.
Solution
V Group as the prime vendor was involved in analyzing business requirements for testability and completeness using Functional Specification Documents, Business Requirements Documents and Technical Design Documents. We also analyzed and developed requirements into test conditions, development and execution of automated scripts using Selenium to thoroughly test software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. Our team was responsible for reviewing automated test cases and other testing artifacts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all test artifacts. During the project we coordinated testing, reports, and tracks automated testing problems by providing reproducible test cases, worked with other product team members to diagnose and recreate problems as well as prioritize and implement solutions, and close problem reports.
