Project Scope

The Department of Financial Services was looking to contract vendors to support the Department’s hybrid security infrastructure.

Solution

V Group as a prime vendor actively worked to improve the client’s hybrid security infrastructure. We installed, configured, and managed firewall security appliances in a high availability architecture and ensured that patching and maintenance of the appliance was executed with all relevant security and upgraded software. To address new initiatives or application requirements several changes were implemented by us. We monitored and supported the VPN solution to ensure high availability in a secure manner.

The client uses Azure based networking and security. V Group ensured its proper configuration and management along with creation of firewall rules, Vnets, express routes as required. We also assisted in creating Azure Resource Manager (ARM) as needed by the client.

V Group presented network diagrams and documentation as well as documented standards, policies, and procedures. We consistently monitored the security center to ensure compliance with all relevant security benchmarks and standards.
