Contract Details

It is an IT and other consulting services contract of type Multiple Award Task Order (MATOC)/Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). This contract is intended to provide qualified and experienced information technology consultants on an as-needed basis in different areas of expertise to address FISA/OPA’s specialized needs. Through this contract, the FISA/OPA awards multiple IDIQ/MATOC contracts under which the Authority can award task orders to acquire IT services.

Contract Scope

FISA/OPA was seeking vendor firms to supply qualified and experienced information technology consultants on an as-needed basis in multiple areas of expertise to address FISA/OPA’s specialized needs.

V Group acted as a prime vendor rendering services in the infrastructure area encompassing all types of work relevant to FISA/OPA’s hardware and software environments.

The process of recruitment involved posting job requisitions, identifying, and finalizing resumes, Screening, and assessing candidates, verifying education, skills and qualifications, employment history, etc. and making candidates available to FISA/OPA for interviews. Upon selection, V Group conducted background and past employee reference checks prior to the start date of the assignment. We went an extra mile to perform additional security clearance or background checks (such as fingerprinting) beyond the standard background check.

V Group ensured that the consultants are available to begin work on the start work date stated in the Task Order, at the location designated by FISA/OPA and alongside delivered to FISA/OPA a non-disclosure agreement signed by each Consultant furnished by us.

Additionally, we performed all necessary human resources and recordkeeping activities regarding consultants and other personnel.
