Our clients are pharmaceutical companies; we handle the sample management segment of their business so that they do not have to dedicate people-resources towards it.  This segment could include everything from quality and compliance, sample warehousing and distribution, auditing and reconciliation for FDA reporting, IT, and strategy development.  Each client has a customized program that is built specifically to meet their needs.

Project Scope

Our client required Business Systems Analysis support to interact regularly with the client, and who can thrive on the challenge of working across multiple projects, simultaneously.

Solution

The objective of the project included Business Systems Analysis support for Product, Business Analysis and planning activities that needs to be completed for determination of project release dates, in line with the business needs and project scope.

V Group Inc. supported the client and understood the challenges that were present in the existing system. These challenges were reviewed by the team to overcome them ensuring smooth transitioning of the system.

In the first place, we identified the approach for this initiative with defined tasks and weekly statuses to achieve milestones. We did Veeva migration successfully. Also, established Scrum Framework for transforming rapid product delivery. We also trained Product Managers for grooming purposes and set the priorities to enhance business value

Moving ahead, with Scrum Knowledge we did Product Development with a defined Close out of development projects. We also facilitated in Product Development/ Management. Timely communication within the project team, including the functional, release, and migration teams, allowed us to prepare weekly status reports. Monitored progress and track schedule and project costs vs. actuals, in line with the functional and design specifications and requirements.

Served as a liaison between Agency and solution’s contract, V Group Inc. supported the client in planning, implementing, executing, and evaluating the project successfully, keeping up to date with the latest know-hows and trends.
