Pennsylvania Office of Administration is a cabinet-level agency in Pennsylvania. It is responsible for managing the business support for all other state agencies, boards, and commissions. It also manages the state's emergency broadcast system.
Pennsylvania Office of Administration required a .NET Development support for thorough analysis, design, coding, implementation, component, and assembly testing of all application code in line with the client requirements.
The objective of the project is to provide continuous development support on the determination and analysis of prerequisites for technical design and application code within a complex enterprise system.
V Group Inc. provided technical design and development expertise using cross-platform technologies to present complex technical constructs to business users in an easier manner. V Group’s support assisted in managing the scope using deep modeling, design, and coding skills to achieve program/application goals, in line with the operational and organizational philosophies, and policies and procedures.
With a methodical approach, the project was broken down into several components to ease the process of offering quality services. In the beginning, the designing, development, support, and implementation aspects were discussed and documented for a compelling result. This was done to ensure the proper and smooth functioning of the involved stakeholders meeting business requirements.
V Group successfully supported the department in this task by capturing all the parameters. Performed routine maintenance by implementing required changes, as per the requirement. Also, system enhancement was done to various applications currently in use for an enhanced engagement and experience. Open defect/maintenance tickets were processed with ease, and technical errors were corrected on time. The team’s work plan was reviewed to anticipate the glitches affecting own work and work of the Application Team for offering quality services.
Production problems were resolved by providing timely assistance to the end users. Also, we made sure that business requirements are supported by the software by providing specific supporting/interfacing system applications. Timely communication with the Business Users, Project Managers, and technical architects for resolving application interface issues was done successfully, as per the need.
Subsequently, clear communication of the contingency plans with detailed functional and process knowledge for improved ongoing process improvement in relation to applications development was completed successfully.
Served as a liaison between Agency and solution’s contract and helped the client in complex technical analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, deployment and implementation in support of an enterprise Keystone Login IAM solution, reducing support overhead scaling productivity.
