Project Scope
State of New York: Department of Health required a Java Web Development support for Software development and maintenance of NYSE-CON project.
The NYSE-CON project encompasses all information about the processes related to the collection, storage, retrieval, analysis and dissemination of Certificate of Need (CON) information. CON information includes the data and it is submitted to the Department as part of the approval process, including supporting information, as well as intermediate work-products developed by the Department as part of the review and approval process. CON information also includes work-flow information that supports the collection, storage, retrieval and dissemination of the CON and includes schedules and milestones that an application has achieved.
Solution
The objective of the project included critical Java Web Development support for the NYSE-CON project, in line with the business requirements.
V Group Inc. supported the client and understood the project requirements. We facilitated the client in designing system architecture and also helped in developing system models specifying interactions between multiple systems.
With a streamlined approach, this project was broken down into several parts for a smooth functioning of the deliverables. Going with the flow, we developed and/or modified technical and/or design specifications, technical writing and documentation in all the phases, as per the need. We also helped in developing web pages and user interfaces. Following the standard rules and regulations, Software development and maintenance tasks including coding, testing, and implementation were performed successfully.
This was achieved via excellent team work, as we helped the client to co-ordinate the work in order by allowing them to interact with the other product teams and other stakeholders.
Served as a liaison between Agency and solution’s contract, V Group Inc. supported the client in coding, testing, and implementation, evaluating business process requirements for a complex project and encouraging stakeholders to resolve issues with design specifications and evaluating project timeliness and priorities, keeping up to date with the latest know-hows and trends.
